Experience, safety and commitment

Andreas Petrakis has worked in the building sector since 2002. PETRAKIS ANDREAS SINGLE-MEMBER P.C. was established on 13 April 2021. We approach every project with respect for approved structural engineering studies, material specifications and professional standards.

Our work

New buildings and villas, reinforced-concrete structural works, renovations, hospitality projects, technical works, structural strengthening and property development. Our projects are managed according to each client’s scope and technical requirements.

Based in Crete. Open to the world.

Our base is at 3 Miltiadi Karatzi Street, Nea Alikarnassos, Heraklion, Crete, Greece. We work across Greece and welcome enquiries about potential construction projects and collaborations worldwide, subject to feasibility, local regulatory requirements and available resources.
